Sparks Wins Four Culture Excellence Awards

We are excited to share that Energage has awarded Sparks four Culture Excellence Awards in Innovation, Leadership, Purpose & Values and Compensation & Benefits. This achievement speaks volumes about our focus on employee satisfaction, organizational culture, and overall workplace excellence.

In November, an Energage Workplace Survey asked Sparks' employees a variety of questions about our culture and values. When asked to describe our culture, employees used words such as fun, creative, supportive, and respectful. When asked why they love working at Sparks, one respondent said, “I have a voice with the company and they take my opinion seriously.” Another wrote, “I love the people I work with and being part of a team of extremely smart and talented people.” Employees chose execution, values, and meaningfulness as Sparks’ top organizational strengths. The survey concluded that 90% believe we operate with strong values, 88% believe we are an inclusive workplace, and 88% would highly recommend working here. These awards and the results of our November Energage Workplace Survey solidify that Sparks is a great place to work!
