Sparks Projects Recognized in RSA Conference's Beautiful Booth Awards
Sparks is excited to announce that two of our exhibits have placed in their respective categories at RSA Conference’s 2024 Beautiful Booth Awards. RSA is an annual conference that allows the cybersecurity community to network, share information and continue the upward trend of advancing alongside the ever-evolving world of cyberthreats.
This year, the Beautiful Booth Awards saw a wide array of exhibits with varying budget sizes, theming, tech-aspects and more from cybersecurity leaders around the world. Our work with Varonis and Commvault placed first and second in the 30x30 Larger Booth category. Let’s take a closer look at these award-winning projects.
1st Place: Varonis
Sparks collaborated with 3D Exhibits to design and create Varonis’ unbeatable booth. The exhibit was hard to miss, captivating and drawing in attendees with large overhead LEDs displaying key brand messaging and their new character, Protector. The use of black and white color opposition within the space represented the idea of cyber protection, but also allowed the more vibrant brand elements to pop. The space was highly immersive with a swag wall, custom hat design bar, and numerous demo stations. These demo stations were designed with functionality in mind with ample storage available.
After viewing a presentation, attendees received a Protector-themed coin that could be redeemed for a custom hat. These exciting, interactive elements further encouraged engagement while also contributing to conference buzz, increasing the number of attendees. The architecture, materials, textures, layout, engagements, sound, colors and lights created an unforgettable space for attendees to learn about Varonis.
2nd Place: Commvault
Commvault’s booth boldly stood out with its sleek, all-white design, complemented by purple accent lighting that matched their logo. By aligning concise visuals with Commvault’s message – the importance of testing cyber recovery plans regularly – Sparks created an engaging, memorable experience for attendees. Within the booth there were mannequins in cleanroom/bunny suits and staff in coordinated attire. These visual touches further communicated Commvault’s Cloud Cleanroom Recovery Campaign while increasing thematic authenticity. Sparks incorporated interactive elements like polarized sunglasses that revealed hidden content on privacy monitors. Providing attendees with this opportunity to engage with the brand allowed them to develop a stronger understanding of Commvault’s commitment to cyber resilience. RSAC describes the branding as “clear and impactful” and visually “striking.”
