Sirtex 2019 Takes a Modular Approach to their Trade Show Program
Challenge No. 1 Sirtex 2019 needs a new modular booth for their 25 to 30 trade shows. Sizes range from a tabletop to a 60x60. The design has to meet brand expectations and recurring costs must stay within budget.
The SolutionAfter a deep dive into the Sirtex 2019 brand, associated brand messaging, and goals for their new program, our strategy team develops a creative roadmap. Using key insights, our creative team arrives at a solution that meets brand needs and stays within budget.
The solution is a fabric system booth design along with several custom components. The modularity of the booth is ideal for shows of all sizes.
Sirtex 2019 also keeps costs down by managing their trade show logistics using our in-house asset management system. We manage portable inventory through SparksLink, our online inventory system, and we warehouse custom inventory. For convenience and cost efficiency, all inventory is stored at one of three strategically located facilities based on the trade show program schedule. Our team, top to bottom, manages the smallest details.
Challenge No. 2 Sirtex 2019 prepares their first product launch in 30 years—Siros. The launch takes place at SIR 2019, one of the brand’s most important shows.
The SolutionOur creative team designs a winning concept that meets the goals of the product launch while using existing booth components and supplementing additional properties that meet show and budget goals. Talk about win, win.
Rotating orange globes and orange circle inlays in the carpet mimic the micro-spheres product and brand color. Sirtex 2019 is the only booth experience at SIR with lighting—a simple, but key feature that separates the brand from others on the show floor. Every detail in the 30 x 30 space supports and sings the new product story.
