Klipsch goes old school at IFA
Klipsch IFA Celebrates Its Legacy
Klipsch IFA trade show experience celebrates its heritage. IFA Berlin is Europe’s leading trade show for consumer electronics and home appliances. The custom 600 sq. ft. design puts Klipsch legacy front and center with old school materials, company artifacts and vinyl records.
Klipsch and Jamo products are on display and available for live demo. To enhance the attendee experience, Klipsch adds a Dolby Atmos® listening room to the design—a first at IFA.
The La Scala speaker, one of Klipsch’s heritage designs, is the booth’s spotlight product. The authentic story is supported by design features such as handwritten notes and original product drawings by the founder. Giveaway “Bullshit” lapel pins, regularly worn by the founder, are a nice touch that rounds out the Klipsch story.
An American legend, Paul Wilbur Klipsch (PWK) was an audio pioneer, a true eccentric and a proud member of the engineering and science hall of fame. He gave rise to speaker technologies that would forever impact generations of music lovers. His passion enabled theirs. The original Klipschorn is the only speaker in the world that has been in continuous production—made by hand—for over 70 years, standing the test of time against all competition.
