Sparks’ Elisano Attends The United State of Women Summit at The White House

Sparks SVP of Marketing Kristy Elisano is invited to the White House in Washington, DC to participate in the United State of Women summit on June 14.


Elisano’s invitation comes via Jordan Brooks, Deputy Executive Director–White House Council on Women. The United State of Women summit is a two-day event attended by influential women that focuses on six key gender equality issues: economic empowerment, health and wellness, education, violence against women, entrepreneurship and innovation and leadership and civic engagement. Attendees discuss trends and issues, then collaborate on solutions and future projects.


“I’m honored to be invited and excited to attend,” says Elisano. “I’m looking forward to meeting like-minded women from across the country and discussing current and emerging issues facing girls and women.”


Elisano’s tenure at Sparks exceeds 15 years. As part of her marketing initiatives each year, she produces an annual Women in Events program that brings together top female marketing executives from Fortune 1,000 companies to help women in need. Every year, her Women in Events program grows in size and scope, garnering national media attention and tier one partners. Elisano’s latest partnership with global non-profit Dress for Success brings more than 500 top women marketing executives together in Denver to assemble and build “work bags” for women in need just starting their careers.
