Sparks’ Dreamforce Activation Highlighted by BizBash

The Farmers Insurance activation, one of the eight activations in Dreamforce's Campground that Sparks produced, linked directly to the event's Trailhead theme. Keeping with the theme of their commercials, the display was based on a real Farmers Insurance customer's claim about a bear that broke into their home.
The Farmers customer success experience in this years campground has an unbelievable but true claims story that comes to life from Farmers Hall of Claims. At the customer demo station, you’ll see how Farmers are using Salesforce to provide an effortless experience to submit a claim. Take a walk through a “grizzly” experience and discover how Salesforce is connecting agents with customers in a whole new way.
Trailhead is a Salesforce tool that is known for its colorful animations.Trails are guided learning paths that chart your course through Salesforce skills. Users earn the badge of "trailblazers" as they complete various models in the tool. The Trailhead outdoorsy theme made attendees feel like they were literally outdoors rather than trapped in a conference hall for four days. This is evident in the thousands of photos that attendees posted of themselves enjoying the conference amongst trees and boats.
