Sparks Named a “Top Place to Work in 2020”

Sparks lands a spot on the 2020 Philadelphia Inquirer Top Workplaces list. The annual list highlights various organizations with 50+ employees based in Philadelphia that excel in building an outstanding corporate culture.

“Company atmosphere, commitment to diversity, meaningful work, a leadership culture, a coworker community, and other aspects get factored into the overall employee experience,” says the Philadelphia Inquirer on what it takes to make the list.

Placing companies are selected solely on the basis of their employees’ responses to a third-party workplace survey sent via Energage, the creators of the Top Workplaces program and a leading platform providing employee engagement solutions.

“Our research shows that the core elements of organizational health are what employees value most in the workplace and that organizations with high levels of organizational health outperform their peers,” says Energage on the value of a strong company culture.

Speaking on the recognition, Sparks Senior Vice President of Marketing, Kristy Elisano, says “This recognition further signifies our commitment to developing and sustaining a culture that supports, promotes and values our employees.”

Award winners and rankings will be formally recognized and announced on April 15th at a special awards ceremony at The Crystal Tea Room in Philadelphia, PA.

In addition to being named one a 2019 “Best Place to Work in Events” by Event Marketer, Sparks is also recognized as one of Rover.com’s “Best Dog-Friendly Companies of 2019” - the only Pennsylvania-based company to make the list.
